The combined platform spans the full agent lifecycle, from code generation through production.

Alcatraz which makes an AI-powered physical access control system that authenticates employees without collecting personal data, has closed a $50 million Series B funding round, bringing total capital raised to more than $100 million. The round was led by BlackPeak Capital, Cogito Capital, and Taiwania Capital, with participation from existing investors Almaz Capital, EBRD, Ray Stata, and others.

Ayar Labs, the leader in co-packaged optics (CPO) solutions for AI scale-up, announced the closing of $500 million in Series E funding led by Neuberger Berman. The company will use the funds to scale high-volume production and test capacity to accelerate the deployment of its CPO solution. This brings the company’s total funding to $870 million and raises the company’s valuation to $3.75 billion.

Mojo AI, a software developer building a globally mandated AI safety app for data center construction, has secured $10 million Series B Funding round led by strategic investors Altira, Pelion Ventures, and Frame VC. The investment will help Mojo AI expand the platform into new markets across the construction and oil and gas industries. Altira, a Denver-based venture capital firm with deep ties to the energy sector, played a strategic investment role in helping Mojo AI enter the oil and gas market.
